Windor sent a service man ouit within an hour and fixed it so I could get my car out. A week later the other cable came off and jamed. windor came back and fixed it and adjusted it, and did not charge. Well a week later they both came off and jamed, they came out and replaced the cables, and many other moving parts- at no charge. They weren't 100 percent sure what was causing it, so they wanted to make sure it did not happen again. That was a month ago.

Not only did they send someone out right away, it was built that afternoon and installed the next morning. I've never had service like this from any company. Best service experience ever!

They will not fix warranty issues and told us they were not able to met our service expectations and would not deal with us going forward. We hired a different company who spent 1 day fixing the issues and we can now open our 16 ft $10K garaga door. We have everything in writing from Atlantic Windoor and would be more than happy to provide it to anyone who is considering purchasing doors from this company.

The MyQ App for phone operation from anywhere is worth every penny. There have been a few minor service needs over the years and the response time and friendly service has been exceptional. Jay at Atlantic Windoor was able to fit us in and the door was fixed within 90 minutes of my call this morning! The technician was efficient and helpful, even pointing out some routine maintenance we can do ourselves to prolong the life of the door & springs. Above and beyond!
