Our garage door spring broke last night and when I called around this morning, everybody said they couldn't come until next week at the earliest. But heading out camping this weekend, it would have been a major pain to get all the gear out of the garage if we couldn't open it. Jay at Atlantic Windoor was able to fit us in and the door was fixed within 90 minutes of my call this morning! The technician was efficient and helpful, even pointing out some routine maintenance we can do ourselves to prolong the life of the door and springs. Above and beyond!

We have used them whenever we have had a warehouse, door, or window problem. I recently had a 1980's style latch lock break on us, and was having trouble finding a replacement, I hadn't thought to call Windoor, but when we did, they came by accessed the situation, came back a few hours later, and had it fixed. I spent hours trying to figure it our on my own, and they fixed it same day. Awesome service!

had a door break late in the afternoon at work, they came over the same day and stayed late to have our door fixed so we wouldnt be in the cold for the night. guys were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional, nice to see this level of service is still alive keep up the great work guys
